SawStop recently announced the development of a new line of options for their cast iron table saws. Anchored by a new line of router tables, the launch will also include a large format sliding table, a steel folding outfeed table and a floating dust collection guard.

All the new options are scheduled to launch in late summer.

“Our goal is to improve the woodworking experience for every SawStop operator,” SawStop executive vice president of sales and marketing Paul Carter said in a statement. “With each of these new options, we’ve worked hard to respond to customer requests for seamless integration, smoother operation and consistent reliability, while offering the quality and customer care that are SawStop hallmarks.”

The router tables will be available in benchtop and floor-stand configurations and feature a new four-post, chain-drive router lift.

“The inline cast-iron tables will be unique in the industry, as they are engineered to install between the rails of a new [SawStop] 36” or 52” Contractor Saw, Professional Cabinet Saw or Industrial Cabinet Saw, making full use of the extension table area,” according to the company.
