New customer portal from Seradex

Seradex released DBox(digital infrastructure in a “box”), a web application that provides information when and where a customer needs it on a desktop, tablet or mobile phone.

“DBox’sunique solution uses a hybrid connection to instantly link your on premise ERP application to customer facing pages in the cloud. While offering you maximum uptime, scalability and security,” the company said in a statement.

“DBox is the fastest way for your customers to access real-time information on their mobile devices. They can get status and updates on their quotes, sales orders, shipping dates, tracking numbers, and account balance.”
