Benz, a supplier of aggregates that add functionality and versatility to CNC routers for the wood, plastics and composites industries, will debut the new Flex D angle head at IWF.
The Flex D offers a maximum input speed of 15,000 rpm while maintaining a smooth and low-vibration operation for excellent processing and cutting qualities. The integrated, easy-to-read display reflects the spindle-axis angle with an accuracy of 0.1 degrees, according to the company.
“Depending on the machine and the application, customers can choose between two alternative designs: the more compact, grease-lubricated Classic Line and the powerful oil-bath lubricated Premium Line. Both versions are designed for heavy milling of solid wood,” the company said in a statement.
