Oneida Air Systems has added a cart option to its Supercell dust collector, introduced last year as a wall-mounted unit.
“This is the same Supercell unit with the 14-gallon container but with a mobile cart designed specifically for it that allows users to move it around the shop, or from site to site if they want to,” says Oneida’s Tom Revelle.
The steel powder-coated cart measures 28.5” wide, 30” deep and 61” tall, and features 10” rear wheels and 3” side-locking front casters.
The Supercell offers the benefit of delivering high static pressure and CFM to accommodate a wide range of woodworking tools, from handheld sanders, table saws and miter saws, to jointers, planers and even CNC routers with dust ports ranging from 1” to 5”, according to Revelle.
“The Supercell in general is ideal for a smaller shop, and certainly any shop with the largest port requirement size being 5” or smaller. There’s no other dust collector that can compete with the Supercell in terms of overall performance.”
Powered by three fan motors working in sync, the Supercell’s high suction creates an intense vacuum that moves dust-laden air quickly through up to 100 feet of 4” diameter hose and ductwork. An onboard HEPA-certified filter easily pulses clean without the need for disassembly, maximizing run time and performance, according to the company.
The Supercell Mobile version sells for $2,845 with the cart, HEPA filter, wireless remote, blast gate, bag retainer system, five liner bags, and 25’ of 4” diameter vacuum pressure rated hose.
