Anver Corp. offers new air-powered vacuum lifters with 180-degree flip capability for loads of any semi-porous or non-porous material, including wood and metal, of up to 750 lbs.
Each lifter in the line can be customized to meet a customer’s specific needs and feature a control handle that allows one person to lift, tilt and flip long, bulky loads, according to Anver senior application engineer Scott Dillon.
“We will take an application from the customer and design a lift specifically for that application. For woodworking customers, this load-flipping system is ideal for inspecting and working on common sheet panels,” Dillon says.
The lifters can be operated with electricity, compressed air or batteries. Dillon suggests the use of compressed air for woodshops.
The lifters also features an all-steel welded frame, dual-air cylinders to rotate loads horizontally and vertically, and a reservoir to maintain vacuum hold in case of a power outage.
Pricing depends on the lifter’s configuration. Free quotes are available.
