SNX presents Xcel-Edge edgebander glue

SNX Technologies has developed a high-performance EVA hotmelt glue with a ‘rubber-type’ substance for straight-line and contour banders.

The glue, Xcel-Edge XE190-220, can run hotter (up to 220 degrees Celsius), cleaner, and is less likely to delaminate, according to the company.

“The new formula creates a stronger bond and offers more consistent glue spread,” the company said.

It’s available in sturdy five-gallon pails with a reusable lid for $150.
