New dust control accessory for use with CNC routers

GDP/Guhdo presents the new Tornado Dust Control Nut designed to help with dust and chip evacuation during nested and conventional CNC routing operations.

“The Tornado Dust Control Nut provides a big improvement in air quality and cleaning time,significantly removing dust from the work piece and directing it into the vacuum system,” the company said in a statement.

“The Tornado replaces the standard clamping nut onER25, ER32, ER40 and RDO35(SYOZ25) collet chucks and it excels at removing the dust created when machining MDF and particleboard in nestedand pod router operations.”
