New Blade Series compressor system from Mattei

Mattei Compressors, a manufacturer of rotary vane air compressors, introduced the Blade SE Quality Air Station designed to deliver a constant supply of clean, dry compressed air, according to the company.

“The Blade SE system features a Blade Series compressor fully equipped with a built-in air-cooled aftercooler, an intelligent moisture separator with auto-drain, built-in 1.0 micron prefilter, and an appropriately sized refrigerated air dryer for year-round operation. These new enhancements are mounted on an 80-gallon air receiver which contains a single-point piping connection for simple installation,” the company said in a statement.

“Like all Mattei products; the Blade SE utilizes proprietary rotary vane technology to operate at speeds as low as 1,050 rpm. Running at a quarter of the speed of traditional rotary screw and piston compressors means the Blade also uses up to 20 percent less energy than its competitors.”
