Bosch adds cordless jigsaw

Bosch introduced the model JS120 jigsaw that weighs 3.3 lbs. with a 2.0 Ah battery installed, according to the company.

“Pros want comfortable, well-designed tools that deliver results,” product manager Jim Stevens said in a company statement. “We feel we’ve met that requirement with the new JS120 through its advantages of advanced ergonomics, such as a shorter distance from hand to cutting line.”

The JS120 features a barrel grip and orbital cutting for more precise, aggressive cuts in both straight- and curve-cutting applications, according to the company.

Additional features include a tool-less, multi-directional blade clamp that offers quick and easy adjustments, as well as an LED light that lights the cutting surface for improved visibility.
