Exel North America will be showcasing the Kremlin Rexson Cyclomix Micro at the 2015 AWFS fair in Las Vegas.
The Cyclomix Micro is a mixing machine for two-component materials. It allows the user to meter-mix and continuously delivers two-component paints and adhesives.
The mixing process works by catalyst injection into a constant flow of base material, according to the company. The catalyst is injected in the center of the stream at a high frequency. The Cyclomix micro does not require an additional pre-mix chamber.
“Our unique dosing system technology is automatically controlled by two precise flow meters. The Cyclomix Micro allows you to work without supervision giving the operator security especially with short pot-life materials,” the company said in a statement.
The Cyclomix Micro is also available in a ‘PH’ version for use with acid catalyzed materials.
