Recent advances in waterborne coatings have led to the development of this superior product that takes pre-catalyzed waterborne polyurethane to a whole new level. It applies effortlessly, is extremely durable, and delivers a warm, amber appearance that enhances wood’s natural grain. It offers solvent-like performance in a shop-friendly formula – it’s a single component polyurethane, so no catalyzation is required.

In addition to easy application, sanding and cleanup, MagnaMax H20 is non-flammable, VOC compliant and Greenguard certified. It has excellent durability and chemical resistance, so it’s an ideal solution for cabinets, furniture, millwork and hardwood floors. Applied with any equipment, it readily adheres to both closed and open-grain substrates. Then it dries quickly, delivering the same sanding and recoating times as many solvent-based products.

MagnaMax H2O is formulated to meet or exceed required finish performance level established by AWI and KCMA. Tested under these methods, it provides excellent cross-hatch characteristics and is resistant to prints, hot and cold cycles, high heat, stacking and packing, and edge soak tests. MagnaMax H2O also meets the AWI finishing standard System 11 for chemical and moisture resistance. The coating withstands contact from numerous substances commonly found in kitchens and bathrooms, earning excellent ratings against a range of materials.
