FANUC will feature the CRX-10iA Collaborative Robot
FANUC America will demonstrate its CRX-10iA collaborative robot at IWF 2026, showcasing automated Shaker panel production. The robot uses 2DV iRVision to locate components, pick and place rails, and simulate adhesive application, highlighting the benefits of collaborative automation in woodworking manufacturing.
FANUC America, a supplier of robotics, CNCs and Robomachines, will demonstrate its CRX-10iA collaborative robot in a cabinet assembly application that highlights automated Shaker panel production at IWF 2026.
“As woodworking manufacturers seek ways to improve efficiency and maintain consistent processes, collaborative automation can help streamline repetitive assembly operations while remaining easy to operate,” the company explained.
"Using FANUC's 2DV iRVision system, the CRX-10iA locates panel components, picks and places rails, and simulates adhesive application as it completes a shaker panel assembly. The robot then reverses the sequence, demonstrating repeatable operation and precision handling.
“Designed for ease of use, the cell features a tablet-based human-machine interface (HMI) that allows users to start and stop the assembly process. Visitors will see how collaborative robotics can be applied to cabinet and furniture manufacturing processes such as component handling, assembly and other repetitive production tasks.”
