Deltarack Launches Brush-Protected Transport Rack


Deltarack, together with its established U.S. distribution partner DR USA, has introduced a new range of brush-protected transport racks.


Designed for cabinet, furniture and component manufacturers, the racks store wood panels and finished parts vertically in individual brush-protected positions. The system helps reduce contact with hard 
surfaces and adjacent panels while allowing operators to access individual components without unloading a complete stack.


The U.S. range includes a compact 32-slot brush rack model WBR80.150 and a wider hybrid model WBR110.150 that combines protected individual positions for standard panels with dedicated support for over-sized components.


Deltarack’s system uses a bookcase-style storage principle. Side and base brushes support each panel in 
its own individual position, helping manufacturers reduce the risk of scratches and handling damage; access individual components without unloading a complete stack; organize parts by project; maintain a cleaner and more structured workshop; and improve material flow between production steps, according to the company.
