Baileigh Industrial Presents New Sanders, Dust Collectors

Baileigh Industrial, a manufacturer of industrial metalworking and woodworking machinery, announces its line of new 37" wide belt sanders and 5-hp dust collectors.

“The 37" wide belt sanders feature heavy-duty construction and a powerful 10-hp motor that delivers consistent sanding and finishing across a wide range of materials,” the company explained.

“Automatic height adjustment with programmable presets helps reduce setup time and maintains consistency across all surfaces. A variety of safety features are integrated, including an emergency stop, quick-stop bar and door interlocks, which help provide operators with greater confidence on the shop floor.

“Complementing the sanders, the new 5-hp dust collectors are available in both dry and wet configurations to address a variety of finishing applications. The dry model features dual 5-micron filters that are extremely effective at particle capture balance and maintaining effective air flow, while the wet model captures fine particles and polishing fumes to help create a cleaner work environment. Large 5-inch ports and a dual-inlet design allow the dust collectors to integrate easily with multiple sanding, grinding and polishing machines, giving shops the flexibility to configure the right dust collection devices for their operations.
