Making and Mastering Wood Planes. This hands-on session will start with a lesson on efficient and effective sharpening before students build their own plane. The process is followed by demonstrations of seamlessly edge joining boards, then flattening, truing, and polishing surfaces to gleaming perfection. Tuition: $250 plus materials.
