Castle in the Clouds exhibit

The New Hampshire Furniture Masters Association had work featured Aug. 18 at the Lucknow Estate, Castle in the Clouds, in Moultonborough, N.H. The one-day event gave the public the opportunity to speak with the guild’s members in a relaxed setting and examine their furniture pieces up close.

“The Castle event is one the Furniture Masters look forward to every year,” association chair Richard Oedel says. “The estate provides a stunning backdrop for our furniture, and the location is a perfect place for us to reconnect with fine furniture lovers from across the Lakes Region.”

Presenting masters included Aurelio Bolognesi of Hardwick, Mass.; Jeffrey Cooper of Portsmouth, N.H.; Bill Thomas of Rindge, N.H., and Boston’s Oedel; as well as invited artist Matt Wajda of Rollinsford, N.H., and emerging artists Greg Brown of Deerfield, N.H., and Bradley Wolcott of Charlestown, Mass.
